Refund policy
At Karwaan, every order is prepared and packed with care. As a fragrance-first brand, we want your experience to feel considered — from the first spray to the last.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Fragrance is deeply personal, and for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be taken back.
If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set before committing to a full bottle.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Or you’ve received the wrong item
Please write to us at work.karwaan@gmail..com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, write to us as soon as possible at work.karwaan@gmail.com with your order details.
